Founder
Jodi Decker
A force in the music industry for over two decades, Jodi Decker founded On Tour Wellness after witnessing too many artists burn out, break down, and lose themselves in the chaos of the road. She’s made it her mission to disrupt that cycle. Fierce, fearless, and boldly protective of artist well-being, Jodi is rewriting the narrative—putting physical health, mental resilience, and human connection at the center of the touring experience. She’s not here to play by the industry’s rules. She’s here to change them.
